Dear Mr. Bennett,
Thank you for your letter dated 7th July. Different Arriva operating companies. will have different rules regarding the carriage of large amounts of food. I suggest you call one of our customer services teams on 08701 20 1088 and tell them where you intend to travel. They will then be able to investigate for you. Please bear in mind that it may be necessary to redirect your call depending where you intend to travel; we do not operate in Somerset.
